Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 08.08.2024 being Case Crime No.0481 of 2024 under Sections 191 (2), 333, 110, 115 (2), 351 (2) BNS, P.S. Handia, Distt. Prayagraj and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that during investigation Sections 109 (1), 117 (2) BNS have been added in the instant matter. 4. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition. However, he states that leave may be accorded to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available in law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dism
