The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.28 of 2025, under Section 137(2) BNS 2023, P.S. Link Road, District-Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the victim (first petitioner), who is major girl aged about 19 years, had solemnised marriage with second petitioner and victim is living happily with the second petitioner as his wife. It is submitted that no offence under Section 137(2) BNS 2023 is made out against the second petitioner as the victim is a major girl. The entire criminal case lodged again
