The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.85 of 2025, under Section 87, 351(2), 352 BNS 2023, P.S. Ramkola, District-Kushinagar and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the victim (first petitioner), who is major girl aged about 18 years (as alleged in the FIR), had solemnised marriage with second petitioner and victim is living happily with the second petitioner as his wife.
