This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 13.01.2025 passed by Additional District-respondent no.2 in Case No.975 of 2022 (State vs. Sudhir Kumar Yadav) under section 3(1) of U.P. Control of Goonda Act by which petitioner has been externed for a period of six months from the district of Mirzapur. 3. Learned AGA states that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal and he states that if any appeal is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that no appeal till date has been filed. 4.
