The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure fair investigation of impugned first information report dated 20.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 77 of 2025 under Section 137(2) B.N.S.S Police Station Ujhani, District Badaun. 3. Learned AGA, states that during investigation instead of Section 137(2) B.N.S.S., Section 87 BNSS was added. He further states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court. 4.
