The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.11.2024 giving rise to the Case Crime No. 876 of 2024, under Sections 2, 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Izzatnagar, District- Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 20.02.2025, co-ordinate bench has accorded interim protection to a co-accused of the aforesaid case crime in CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 23451 of 2024 (Sanjay Rana And Another vs. State Of U.P. And 3 Others) and the petitioner of this writ petition is also entitled to the same interim protection for the reasons mentioned in the said order. 4. Matter requires consideration. 5.
