This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 19.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.154 of 2025, under Section 137 (2) & 351 (3) of B.N.S., Police Station Garhmukteswar, District Hapur and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 are major. They have married with each other out of their own free will on 19.03.2025 and they are living happily as husband and wife. They have also applied online for registration of their marriage on 20.03.2025 and as such, no offence under Section 137 (2) of B.N.S., 2023 is made out. 4.
