The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the impugned FIR dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0055 of 2025 under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 352, 351 (3), 115 (2) of B.N.S, 2023, Police Station Delhi Gate, District Aligarh.
