The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 01.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0023 of 2025, under Section 115(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, Police Station Lar, District Deoria. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, learned AGA at the very outset submits that during investigation as the complicity against the petitioner was found and section 109(1) and 117(2) of BNS, 2023 have been added. 4. Considering the allegation levelled in the F.I.R. as well as the sections added during investigation, we are not inclined to quash the impugned F.I.R., no such interference is required by this, however, it is open to the petitioner to press ant
