Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 07.07.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 594 of 2024 under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 3(5) BNS, 2023, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by the learned AGA that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet against all the accused persons. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
