Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus directing the respondent nos. 3 and 4 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 10.12.2024 and 20.12.2024 (Annexure Nos. 9 and 15 to the writ petition respectively). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that with collusion of revenue officials, who are arrayed as respondent nos. 4 to 10, the other party had succeeded to make entry in the relevant revenue records. He submits that as the relief is against the private respondents, the instant writ petition may be entertained and notice be issued. 4. Per contra, learned AGA raised two-fold objections qua maintainability of the writ petition. Firstly, the dispute is purely civil in nature. In case certain entry is made in the revenue record, the petition
