The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 15.09.2024 bearing FIR No. 0471, under Sections 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Shalimar Garden, District Trans Hindon (Commissionerate Ghaziabad). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 2. At the very outset, learned AGA on the basis of instructions states that no cause of action survives at this stage as in the aforesaid case, during investigation no complicity of the petitioner had been found and accordingly, Final Report has been filed on 26.1.2025. 3. Confronted with this, Sri Vinayak Nath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
