Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.P.Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State respondents. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 205 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 191(2), 110 B.N.S., Police Station Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. The impugned FIR is challenged on the ground that the same has been lodged on the basis of false story implicating not only the first and second petitioners but also minors, who are most of the student. In support of his submissions, he has placed reliance upon certificate issued by Principal, Primary School Kakria, Block Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar wherein it is claimed that at the time of alleged incident, petitioner no
