This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 08.03.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 196 of 2025 under Sections 109, 115, 125, 308(2),351(2), 352 B.N.S at Police Station Highway District Mathura. 3. The learned AGA, on instructions, states that in the instant matter, the informant has sustained serious injuries, and the medical examination report has also been placed on record. He further states that during the investigation, Sections 3(5), 117(2), and 118(4) of the BNS 2023 have been added. 4. Considering the added sections, we are not inclined to quash the impugned FIR.
