The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 24.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.402 of 2024 under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 132, 125, 309 BNS 2023, 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Shikarpur, District Bulandshaher. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that petitioner has already been arrested, as such, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. 4.
