The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 10.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.1154 of 2024 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station Highway, District Mathura. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been forwarded to the competent court and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
