Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record 2. Learned AGA, on the instruction, states that there is non- cooperation of the petitioner in on-going investigation. In this regard, he has placed reliance on the judgment passed by the Apex Court in the case of "Daljeet Singh Vs. State of Haryana and other, in Criminal Appeal No.43 of 2025, SCC on-line SC 1. 3.
