The instant writ petition has been preferred for according short term bail (parole) to the petitioner, who was convicted for life imprisonment in Sessions Trial No.222 of 1979 arising out of Case Crime No.1077 of 1979 under Sections 302, 364 IPC, Police Station Dakor, District Jalaun as 70% liver of the petitioner is damaged and he needs proper treatment in private hospital. 3. The writ petition was entertained on 03.4.2025 and learned AGA-I was accorded time to seek instructions qua the medical condition of the petitioner. 4.
