Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record. 2. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 1.1.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0001 of 2025, under section 2/3 U.P. Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities ( Prevention)O Act, 1986, at Police Station Anoopshahr, District Bulandshahr and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case.
