This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the first information report dated 09.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0064 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) & 351(3) of B.N.S., P.S. - Machhali Shahar, District- Jaunpur and not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to the said FIR. 3. The impugned F.I.R. is being challenged precisely on the ground that the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 have never eloped the daughter of the informant who is major and joined the company of the second petitioner with her own accord and free will.
