By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is assailing the legal validity of First Information Report dated 03.02.2025 registered as case crime no. 0023 of 2025 under Sections 363, 366, 120B IPC at Police Station Mohammadabad, District Farrukhabad. 3. As per the impugned FIR, the informant has alleged that on 27.12.2023 at around 11:00 PM, one the petitioner No.2 along with petitioner Nos.3, 4 and 5, conspired together and lured and abducted the informant's minor daughter 4.
