The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned notice dated 30.01.2025 issued by the Joint Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate, Mant, District Mathura, in Case No. 15 of 2025 under Section 130 B.N.S.S. arising out of the Challani Report dated 21.01.2025 under Sections 126/135 of the B.N.S.S., Police Station Raya, District Mathura. 3. According to the Challani Report dated 21.01.2025, a dispute exists between the petitioners and the informant, both residents of the same village. It is alleged that petitioner no.1 misbehaved with the informant’s wife, creating tension that could potentially disturb public order. On this basis, the Joint Magistrate, Mant, issued the impugned notice under Section 130 BNSS requiring each petition
