The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 22.03.2024 registered as Case Crime No.95 of 2024, Under Sections 452, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Bhamaura, District Bareilly and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned AGA states that investigation is already completed and against the petitioner, chargesheet has already been submitted to the competent court on 17.11.2024. 4. Considering the factual situation and the relief as has been prayed, we are not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition.
