The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.07.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0409 of 2023, under Sections 506, 307, and 341 I.P.C., at Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr. 3. After considerable arguments, once the Court declined to quash the impugned First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition, as they have already instituted anticipatory bail application, which are pending consideration before the concerned court.
