Jhansi need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that during investigation the complicity of the petitioner has not been found, accordingly, final report has been submitted on 08-04-2025. 3. In this backdrop, the petitioner, who appears in person is not inclined to press this writ petition at this stage. 4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
