This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 14.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.010 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 110, 324(2), 333, 351(3) B.N.S. 2023, P.S. Ramraj, District-Muzaffar Nagar. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the parties have settled their dispute by way of compromise dated 25.02.2025 and this Court vide order dated 10.03.2025 has sent the compromise for verification, which has been verified by the Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Fast Track Court, Muzaffarnagar vide order dated 21.03.2025. The verification report is available on record. 4. On perusal of order date
