This Court while entertaining the instant matter on 5.3.2025 has proceeded to accord interim relief in favour of the petitioners as well as directing the respondents to file counter affidavit in the matter. 3. Today when the matter is being taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the course of investigation, complicity of the petitioners has not been found and accordingly, final report has been submitted in the matter. 4.
