At the very outset, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioners were found and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 20.4.2025. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per B.N.S.S. 2023. 3.
