The instant writ petition has been preferred inter alia seeking following reliefs:- "(i) To, issue writ, rule of direction in nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to release the property, car and amount deposited in the bank of the petitioners forthwith as directed by the Special Judge, Gangster Act, Agra by order dated 03.09.2024. (ii) To, pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iii) To award the cost of the petition." 3. In pursuance of order dated 28.02.2025, learned A.G.A. has filed counter affidavit, which is taken on record.
