The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure free and fair investigation of Case Crime No.0341 of 2024 funder Sections 190, 191 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2), 109 (1) BNS, P.S. Phoolpur, Distt. Ganganagar, Police Commissionerate Prayagraj. 3. In response to the order dated 06.03.2025, learned AGA-1 files counter affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of counter affidavit, he states that substantial progress has been made in the investigation in question and the same will be concluded within stipulated period. 4. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending consideration for indefinite period. Suffice to indicate, the investigation must be concluded in accordance with law
