Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.193 of 2024, under Sections 76, 61(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333 BNS, Police Station-Jigna, District-Mirzapur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 10.03.2025, wherein, cognizance has also been taken by the Court concerned. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is consigned to records. (Prashant Kumar,J.)
