The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure free and fair investigation of FIR dated 21.01.2025 being Case Crime No.34 of 2025 under Section 87, 191 (2), 115 (2), 351 (2) BNS, P.S. Handia, Distt. Prayagraj. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA-1 files counter affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of counter affidavit, she states that the victim has been recovered and her statement under Section 180 and 183 BNS has also been recorded, wherein she has not supported the prosecution version. She stated that she is major and has performed marriage with the accused out of her own free will and consent. As such it is submitted that no cause of action survives in the instant matter. 4.
