The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the First Information Report dated 28.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No.808 of 2023, under Sections 323, 342, 365 and 506 IPC, P.S. Piparich, District- Gorakhpur. 3. This Court vide order dated 3.4.2025 has proceeded to pass the following order: "1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No.808 of 2023 under Sections 323, 342, 365 and 506 IPC, P.S. Piparich, Distt. Gorakhpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned F
