The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 02.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.37 of 2025 under Sections 354-C, 386, 342, 328, 376- D, 506 IPC at Police Station Sihanigate, District Ghaziabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned AGA opposed the prayer for quashing of the FIR, which discloses cognizable offence. He submits that in the statement under Section 183 BNS, the victim has supported the prosecution version and serious allegations have been made against the petitioners. 4.
