The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 21.9.2024 registered as Case Crime No.167 of 2024, under Section 3/5/A8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act, Police Station Balua, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
