At the very outset, Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states that in the instant case, during investigation complicity of the petitioners were found and accordingly, charge-sheet has been forwarded to the competent court on 14.1.2025. 2. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings as per B.N.S.S. 2023. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid leave. 4. This order has been passed with due assistance of Sri Sushil Dubey, learned counsel for the informant.
