Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 23.1.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 0021/2025, under sections 117(3) & 352 of BNS, Police Station- Kopaganj, District Mau. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
