The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 23.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0107 of 2024, under Sections 352, 315(2), 351(3), 109, 308(2), 308(4) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Bareilly. 3. Learned counsel for informant states that in the instant matter during investigation the complicity of the petitioners were found and accordingly the police report was submitted. Even otherwise the same is not under challenged. 4. The matter is consigned to record. 5.
