Singh, learned A.G.A. that the investigation has already concluded with the submission of the charge-sheet on 01.03.2025 against the first petitioner under Section 69 B.N.S. and against the second petitioner under Sections 352 and 351(3) B.N.S. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is dismissed. 3.
