The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 10.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0015 of 2025 under Section 87 of the BNS 2023, at Police Station Tirwa, District Kannauj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The impugned FIR was lodged by the informant alleging that his 19-year-old daughter, left home without informing anyone and was later discovered to have been lured away by the petitioner. 4.
