The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 3.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.397 of 2024, under Section 87 BNS, 2023, Police Station Sasani Kotwali, District Hathras. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter Final Report has already been submitted and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved with the submission of final report, it is always open to them to agitate before the appropriate forum. 5.
