By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus a direction to the respondents to give/provide adequate protection for security cover to the petitioner as well as his family which his rights finds place under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
