Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 25.10.2024, registered as Case Crime No.545 of 2024, under section 65(1), 351(2), 61(2), of B.N.S. and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia. 3. In response to the order dated 05.02.2025, Shri Satyendra Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant, placed the certified copy of the charge sheet dated 24.12.2024 and states that the complicity of the petitioner was found and accordingly, the police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. (now Section 193 (3) of B.N.S.S., 2023) has already submitted. Even otherwise the same is not under challenged. 4.
