Shri Pradeep Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while entertaining this writ petition on 20.12.2022, the division bench had accorded interim relief to the petitioner. The interim order dated 20.12.2024 is quoted hereunder:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A for the State respondents. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 18.10.2022 of Case Crime No.0629 of 2022, under Sections 376, 354-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Subhash Nagar, District-Bareilly, with a further prayer directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations pertains to consensual relationship.
