The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking relief by way of quashing the First Information Report dated 11.11.2024, registered as Case Crime No.702 of 2024, under Sections 69 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Sasni Gate, District Aligarh.
