Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 11.11.2024, registered as Case Crime No.141 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352 B.N.S. and Sections 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, P.S. - Kachhawa, District- Mirzapur, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 18.12.2024. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
