This writ petition has been filed with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 16.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No.683 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 at Police Station Bisrakh, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the instant matter, the Investigating Officer has forwarded the final report to the competent court and as such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives. 4. Since the investigation has already been concluded in favour of the petitioner, no further grievance survives. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record. (Prashant Kumar, J.)
