Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to close the history sheet no.681-A of the petitioner opened at P.S. Kotwali Nagar, Distt. Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for redressal of his grievance he has also submitted a representation to respondent no.2 on 13.09.2024 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in support of his submissions, has also placed reliance on the judgment of this Court in Firoj Malik v. State of U.P. & Ors., 2025 (2) ADJ 221 (DB) and submitted that his representation is liable to be considered in the light of the aforesaid judgment. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, has submitted that if the said representation is still pendin
