He next submitted that the petitioners have already preferred an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. before this Court challenging the chargesheet and cognizance order, being Application U/S 482 No.1085 of 2025 (Dipankar alias Pankaj and others v. State of U.P. and others). In the aforesaid backdrop, he prays that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed and Application U/S 482 No.1085 of 2025 (Dipankar alias Pankaj and others v.
