Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 30.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No.0289 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 316(5), 308(5), 352, 351(2) of BNS- 2023, at Police Station- Kotwali Kalpi, District Jalaun, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 24.3.2025. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3.
